how do you get a lower number to put on your plate for the new season?????

if you mean like a 1 or a 10 or something then you have to race a series and earn it. Like the National series or regional series you will earn a plate and number if you races all the required amount of races. then you can run that number at any race. but if you earn like a l.e.a.p. track number then you can only run it at the track or state series. get what i mean? but if you mean moving from a number like 732 to 234 then just call them the NBL or ABA and see what they can do for you.
