I would like to share this story to your, which is between me and the well-know manufacturer "MARZOCCHI"

Around 2 years ago, I bought a bike fork model number “XC700ATA 2008”, which is the top model and update one on the year 2008. I take three month for wait it arrived Hong Kong.
When I get the fork, it have not smooth operation, than I phone to the Hong Kong distributor, they told me have to pay sometime to run it in, I follow their suggestion to use it but it is abnormal and make me get accident, My head get hurt and broke the fork( See attachment 08 first). I talk to the Hong Kong distributor again but they said that the fork is broke by myself. So, I have to pay $1300 for the new parts.
After that, I am wait for the new parts more than 2 month but nothing receive, I talk to them but their answer is : also waiting for the parts, 1 month again, they call me said that $1300 isn't enough, I have to pay $2800 for the parts. I think it is not acceptable and want to know why, so do some discuss with them and they gave me some discount to buy a new one.
Again, the problem follow me and the second fork, I hit my leg but haven't break the fork this time, it has 140mm travel but only operate 90mm. Please see the attachment '08 second' photos, we take focus in the quality, it’s painting and coating are shedding all over the external. In this case the Hong Kong distributor can't give me any confirmation of respond time and promise, I think it is because "MARZOCCHI" do not give them any respond.
I believe that the Hong Kong distributor done what they can in this case. So, I send email to MARZOCCHI to discuss about this case, from the beginning they show all sincerity but only talk and talk, no any sense of responsibility. They only want to take the problem fork back, never answer any question and no any confirmation of time for return the fork to me. They always said they want to check this, this and this, but the problem is it has 140mm travel but only operate 90mm, painting and coating are shedding all over the external, It is total lose, the only way is replace a new one to solve the problem but the other quotation is I already pay more than ten thousands to buy a update model, now I will get a outdate modal if they will gave me a new one, but what do you think how they will answer? The answer is I have to follow their rule to send the fork back to them without any their promise and confirmation of time for return the fork. Then I say no and inform them I will show this case to the people all over the world, At the time they offer to me, I copy it here “As answer to your question below, could be exhaustive to give , free of charge, a new fork in change the old?
I can offer a new fork (we have available a 44 TST2 MY09 travel 120) and it can be shipped in this week “, but 44TST is a cheaper model and travel 120mm is not suitable for me, the existing model has travel 140mm. So, it is only update model but it is a cheaper and not suitable for me, this model compelled me to say no to them again and they haven’t any more thing offer to me.
That is why I said they only talk and talk and no any sense of responsibility, from the beginning, I pay $7000 want to have a normally fork, totally I pay more than $10000 for the same but get what? I get hurt body and lose time. I pay to them but have to follow their rule. They offer what they like without any sense of equitableness and responsibility. See how they do there after sales service. MARZOCCHI built two number of rubbish to me and want to send one cheaper model to change it, how horrible! That made me angry.
Now, I need your help everybody, please post this story to the website which is you usually pay visit, let everyone know what’s happening in our world, I hope all consumer not only riders to know what the businessman doing for us today.
