I started building trails this winter. And wow, its a whole lot harder than what I expected. For the jump iam working on now I have to haul dirt about 60 yards by wheelbarrow to the jump. Which takes a while. But Iam halfway done with the first line. And it is worth the time and hard work cause of what I ge out of it. And so far Iam the only one digging and my dad saws the logs. Because there is only one other BMXer in the town, which he hasent got to come and work on them yet. And thats part one of my trail story, whats yours?

My friend has a few acres of farm land that we carved into a crude track. Dirt bikes that is of course. Once we have it set it, we like to change it up, run it backwards create new lines that sort of thing. It gives us more varitey. A few times we'll take shovels and wheelbarrels and haul dirt from one berm and create a new one. Thats brutal, you never realize how heavy dirt is until you haul it yourself. Also when you dump a whole wheel barrel out, its such a tiny pile but if feels like so much! I hate that. But dedication pays off in the end.

haha cool story!! My cousin Nick (15yrs old) and i went to the Lake Travis almost everyday over the summer and built this bad ass jump and when our famies came down for the a family reunion. We wanted to show them but the water patrol took it down and we got a $2000 fine it sucked!!
