So is being a surfer chick helping you get all the guys?
from: Mike770
hahaha... Well most (surf) guys aren't attracted to surf girls so in that case no..but i'm not sure. I guess in a way it does!

I can't ask all of my question, but this will be the third, so have you ever been attacked by a shark?
from: Jelle Willems
I'm not sure if it was an attack but I have been hit in the back of the head by a spinner shark

Another question, sorry, but have you ever been surfing in Holland? Schevening is awesome!!!
from: Jelle Willems
Nope haven't been to Holland yet. Ive never even seen snow so that would be quite a change

Hey Christa. What was the first competition you ever entered, how old were you, and did you do good?
from: Scott
My first competition was the easterfest..i think i was 11 and i was on my 6'6 funshape. I was sooo nervous that when I stood up i would just tip over as soon as i looked at the beach. I wound up getting 2nd...and was just excited to have the trophy.

What is your worst Fear in Surfing? A lot of people are probably gunna ask if you've seen a shark!Have you?
from: Nathaniel
My worst fear is probably getting held under for too long. I hate that feeling...sharks really don't bother me as much as they probably do. Living an hour away from the biggest shark attack beach in the world (new smyrna inlet) kinda gets you used to it I guess. I just try not to think of it...but yes i've seen many sharks.

What has been your most embarrassing surfing moment?
from: angela29
Omy...there are many! When I was younger I was realllyyyy clumsy (not that i'm not now either) but I would never look at the waves before running into a heat and in Florida when its high tide we get really bad shorepound in some spots. So the horn blew and I went running into about a head high shorepound mini beast...it took me down right on my face with my board I was all cut up and every girl I was going against was cracking up. It was pretty funny..haha

What do you do, other than surfing, to keep in such good shape?
from: cd
I run..cruise around on my bike go fishing and do bikram yoga or just anything that is fun and i move around a lot.

What sport would you play if you didn't know how to surf
from: Torrey
I would probably play tennis. I'm pretty much the worst ever at it but I think its fun!

What is the funnest surf trip you have ever been on and why?
from: Torrey
I would probably have to say Puerto Rico for a corona contest. Me and my friend Anastasia from California got to hang out..surf good waves and there is some fun places to hit up at night so we just overall have a great time. But for the most part every trip I go on is fun...its always nice to get out of Florida and see new places

Hey, maybe a stupid question, but anyway... of what brand do you wear your underwear?;)
from: Jelle Willems
Hahaha umm...generally the dollar store brand I go for the big and bulky.

While surfing in Florida has a shark ever tried to bit you?
from: Josh Patton
I've been lucky to not be bitten yet. There has been some really close calls though. In new smyrna I got hit in the back of the head by one of those spinner sharks..the thing spun right next to me and it's fin hit..but never bit.knock on wood

Do you have any pets?
from: mikecap
Hmm I wish! Unfortunately I travel too much and it probably wouldn't be fair if I did have one. I do love animals tho :)

Do you spend most of your time surfing Florida?
from: Greenwood
Well a lot of the times it's not so good. So I run and do yoga...but when we do have anything remotely rideable I go out and have fun messing around in the water all day. Usually down at Sebastion inlet

Worst part about being a surfer?
from: Tricia Byrnes
I cant say there really is a bad part of being a surfer. I think all aspects of surfing are super fun. The only bad thing would have to be showing up for a contest and the waves being completely horrible...thats all I can think of really

Hardest thing you've ever learned?
from: Tricia Byrnes
Trusting the right people and not being so naive.

If you could star on any television show, which show would it be and why?
from: Tricia Byrnes
Being a guest cook with Paula Dean...she's the woman.

Favorite Surf Spots?
from: Tricia Byrnes
I love Sebastion Inlet when its good and the outer break of inlet called moster hole. It doesn't get good often but when it does I love it.

Who are you influences?
from: Tricia Byrnes
My influences would have to be my family for keeping me strong and motivated.
