79. Have you ever had a time in your career where you felt like you just couldn't win and if so, how did you stay motivated? from: DustinSo many times I've felt this. I stay motivated because I know it can and will eventually happen. Full dedication will lead to success one way or another and I know this and that's why I keep going. I know I will be successful and it's very interesting to see the journey that'll get you there. |

78. in your career have you ever raced cruiser? from: blackmojFor sure. I raced cruiser from the time I was 7 until I was 23. Once I won the UCI Worlds and the ABA Pro Cruiser title in 2006, I hung up the cruiser to concentrate making the Olympics. Perhaps I'll race it again soon... |
|
77. Is there a chance to see you someday in Bremen, Germany? from: duckiI sure hope so. I've never raced in Germany, only spent one night there coming home from Holland. |
|

75. Donny,
You are sincerely one of my very fav BMX athletes and I have a lot of respect for you.
Would you please be so kind as to share more about your faith and how you feel it's made a difference in your life specifically as an athlete.
Thank you very, very much Donny.
DP from: Donald PilonThank you very much Donald. First off, I was blessed to have a few people in my life minister to me when I was younger. Both at home and at the races I was able to see and hear what being a Christian was all about and I finally got baptized when I was 17 I believe. My faith has helped me all around to be a better person. Not to say that I don't make huge mistakes and have regrets but I'm always striving to be a better person and example for kids. I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't cuss and I stay away from the party scene, which is unusual in the 'action sports' arena. There is so much more than this life on earth and I want to be a part of that. Randy Stumpfhauser is a huge inspiration to me and keeps me accountable (even if he may not know it) but I am thankful to him and others for continuing to show me the teachings of Jesus. |

74. You are a great rider and so fast in supercross. You have courage to run without brakes in a supercross track? from: Pedro VazThank you very much. Would I have the courage to ride with no brakes on a track where we are going 40mph and jumping 40 foot jumps? Yes, but only if it were a track I have ridden many times. I would go with no brakes in Chulva Vista but if it were my first time on the track then no way I need brakes. |
|
73. Do you have a favorite BMX track in the USA? If so which one? from: DanMy favorite track is probably the Olympic replica track in Chula Vista, CA, however, my local track in Napa, CA just got a face lift by the builder of the Olympic track and it rocks. The track just got finished and I can't wait for everyone to ride it. |

In the past McDonalds has sponsored athletes like Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Shaun White. What's it like joining that list of athletes? from: DanI would say it's nothing less than an honor. I mean for a company like McDonald's to recognize our sport, and then pick me out of this sport to endorse is unreal. I owe McDonald's and all the other companies who have partnered with me tons for the chance they have given me. |

71. Why number 10? from: Danny CaluagI got the first choice on career number and the choices were 10-999 so I picked the first one. Also because 10 was MX racer Ernesto Fonseca's number. |
