Lots of gym stuff with squats and deadlifts and abs for the girls then plyometrics.

Ahh thank you Tori. I actually hate my smile, but my teeth are pretty decent. No there was no pullies or metal involved with these teeth haha.

Pretty much. I did gymnastics competitively until I was 9 and then did it recreationally until 18 and it helped tons with BMX. Perhaps I'll go on the tennis tour as I've beat BMXer Kyle Bennett plenty of times to warrant that.

If I have to do something then I just want to love the job. I've made some amazing friends at great companies over the past few years so I think I might land on my feet somewhere. Of course with BMX being my passion, how could I stray far from the sport?

As long as I'm physically able to. BMX Racing is my passion and I've already committed 19 years to it so if I can physically pedal, I'll be on my bike.

No, I'm not sure where you heard that. Although it might make sense as I could wash my body and socks in the same sesh.

I like to do nothing at all. Racing, training, all that stuff takes up so much time that I like to rest when I have free time. If I do have energy though I love tennis.

I am 5'5" I think. According to Stumpy I'm wrong but that's what the line on my wall says.

Probably my broken scaphoid bone in my wrist. It happened in 2002 and I was out for like 4 months. Funny thing is that Randy Stumpfhauser is the one who made me crash. Of course it was not intentional but being as Stumpy is such a good guy makes it a bit odd that it happened with him. That's racing though...

I mostly just race as it takes up most of my time but I'm always able to get away a little and do some park riding to break up the monotony of always racing. Luckily, most of the guys I race with are friends so we are able to have good times traveling.
