57. you ever ride yellow snow?

Absolutely! All the time! I am pretty sure 90% of the snow I ride on is yellow snow. When you gotta go, you gotta go. You ever ride on white ramps? Cheers, Andy

56. im completely freaked out about dropping in on my quarter pipe. any tips?

Not sure how big your quarter pipe is, but start small and work your way up. On the small quarters, put your tail on the coping like you are about to drop in, then grab the nose with your front hand, and really lean forward and stay low. Go for it bro!

55. Andy..A while ago you came back down to fresno to rip up the bmx trails with me and your buddy Robo. Do you still have your olld school bike rolling? And have you ever got that new bike rollin that he gave you? Saw you won the hli comp a few weeks ago. Keep the 559 proud. God bless bro. Ronnie

Don;t be hating on my first time being in TN lol It is the closet place to me and I do hope that there is real snow. 53. dude that's the kind of people i want to sponsor me. the kind of underdog sick nasty beasts! i saw this kid with a rad shirt today. it said finch on it and i was wondering if you were responsible knew you could definitely make something that chill. do you design shirts by any chance?

I have done 4 or 5 shirts with different companies. But there is also a band called Finch. Maybe a bird lover made a shirt with a Finch Bird on it and wrote FINCH?

52. What is the greatest thing a human being can do on this earth? What do you believe is your purpose in life?

Going deep huh! The greatest thing someone can do is put others before themselves. Our purpose in life is to glorify our creator and love others. The rest of our purpose we just have to trust is laid out for us, so enjoy!

51. what do you see happening for the future of extreme sports (mostly snowboarding)

Hard to know exactly brotha, but I don't think it is going anywhere. It is a solid sport now and will continue to grow and evolve. Now whether that is for better or not, I don't know.

50. Palmer? never heard of them. is it good. or are they just paying the bills? just kidding you probably cant legally answer that question honestly if it isn't great!PeaCe.

Heck yeah Palmer boards are the best boards made and I am not just saying that. The company has based all their effort into making the best board. While other companies invest in marketing. Well in our industry, snowboarders care more about being cool, so went after companies that put all their effort into marketing. There for Palmer has suffered for it over the years. Palmer is not where I make my money, I ride them because the boards are rad!

49. ultimate boarder is sssssick (also beast gnarly rad and dope)(and awesome)(and cool)how did you do? what board(s) do you ride? for skating surfing etc..?

I did well in the snow and skate and surf was my weakest which I thought skate would be my weak link. I did a poor job with my wave selection though. Surf board: 5'10" fish or 6'2" squash Skateboard: 8" Snowboard: 159cm Finch pro model made by Palmer

44. What pisses you off the most about snowboarding and the people associated with it ? My son is just starting to compete and it seems everyone is obsessed with sponsorship opposed to letting kids just enjoy it for what it is

Funny you ask that. At times I have let numerous things about snowboarding get under my skin, like judging, clothing styles, trends,sponsorship politics etc. I don't let that stuff bug me anymore, because that stuff is what has made snowboarding what it is. The freedom snowboarding gives someone is what I love most about the sport and we have to work hard to hold on to that freedom. As far as kids and sponsorship, you hit the nail on the head, they need to just enjoy it because that is how they will be successful with it! A sponsorship becomes important when your son is trying to make a career out of it. Now for me as a kid, that was one of my main goals when i started, to get sponsored. It was a big deal to me. Now I can look back and laugh, but goals are good!

43. Andy you are definitely one of my favorite boarders. but does it ever get hard. do you ever feel that...pressure? i know your cool calm and collected (and chill) the 3(4) Cs. but have you ever said to yourself or felt you couldn't take the weight of being famous and having so many fans etc...??

Honestly man, I have never felt I couldn't take it. What has gotten to me though before is just the pressure to perform day after day and conditions I usually wouldn't ride in. So now, I know when I just need to take a brake and go surf.

42. How are you able to maintain a such healthy relationship so easily with your wife when you are constantly traveling? She must be pretty special!

Yes Amber is an amazing girl and wife. Our relationship is centered around God and it is there that it is blessed and flourishes! Hope things are well Jen!

41. Are you going to let your future daughter(s) ride as hard as you do?

39. So in March of 2010 I'm going snowboarding for the very first time in Tennessee. Any quick advice for an absolute beginner?

Yeah, go for your first time snowboarding on snow! Tahoe is your best bet. Tennessee?! When you do find snow, keep your weight forward over the nose of your board. Will make it easier to turn.

38. you seem like a really awesome and good guy. do you ever compete in any other sports or have you ever?

Thanks Spence. Yeah, I have. I competed in the Ultimate boarder which I had to skate and surf too. Tons of fun. I also have done a few mountain bike races. Those are for fun.
