So the training camp that the US Team was supposed to be having, In Tahoe, got canceled due to poor weather. Therefore, instead of flying home early like the rest of the crew, a couple friends and myself made the decision to stay in Reno with our good pal Ross Baker.
It has been a blast. We've been skating Ross's indoor mini ramp a ton, and shredding Squaw on the pow days. Not to mention we've been constructing/exploding bombs and shooting clay pigeons on a regular basis as well. Livin' the Reno life baby!
Unfortunately while I've been here, I ended up getting a mellow procedure done on my foot. That being said, I'm stuck on the couch doing schoolwork for the rest of the time that I'm here. Lame for sure, but it had to be done. I'll be back on snow in about a week so stay tuned and I'll keep you posted with more stories from my travels.
I'm off to Canada, and JAPAN soon, so there well be some quality material to come for sure. Haha
