Billabong Pro Tahiti Day 3 - Off For The Day (Sat, 10 May 2008 Posted at 01:00:00 PM)

Day three of the Billabong Pro in Tahiti has been postponed.

The run of small swell has continued with 1ft waves still lapping on dry reef at Teahupoo, making it virtually impossible to ride. Contest director Luke Egan has no qualms about postponing the first round with the Surfline forecast indicating a bump of swell early next week.
