Snowboard Format
For the semi-finals, there will be 27 riders in total for the men and 14 riders in total for the women. The overall 12 men and 6 women best scoring riders will qualify for the final. In the first round each rider has 2 runs. The best score out of the 2 runs count towards the final. In the final each rider has 2 runs, the best score out of the 2 runs counts.
Snowboard Judging:
The judging panel consists of 4 judges who are coordinated by one head judge. Each of the 4 judges gives scores from 0 to 10. The maximum combined score for one run then is 40.
