Headed down to Charleston today for my buddies wedding... Then early morning ride back to hit up track practice. Nov 6, 2009

Well my LA trip wasn't as good as I had hoped it would be. Thursday when I was leaving for the airport I got hit with a 100 degree fever and chest cold. GREAT!!! Needless to say it was very difficult to ride a bike when I was this sick. The fever sucked, but the worst part was the chest cold that made it painful to breathe. Couple this with a few races and I was not feeling like I wanted to be at a race. Had to do it anyway and ended up 4th on Sat and 3rd on Sunday. Biggest bummer was I wasn't able to go out with some good friends of mine that live on the west coast. I guess I will have to make another trip out west sometime.
The fever is gone and now I just have a crazy cough. Can't wait for it to be gone as I have some training to do to catch the rest of the class.
