Dave is a local at my track who I have known now for a couple years. He recently went back into the service and will be heading overseas to defend the good Ol' USA. I wish him all the best and look for his safe return. Keep our troops in your minds as they are keeping us safe as always.

I was going through some stuff on my old computer and it dawned on my how fast time goes by lately for me. I have now owned my house for over a year and I have finally started to make some improvements. I am re-doing my bathroom. Not too interesting for some, but it seems that since I bought a house I have been all about home projects? Really od I know.
Training has been going pretty well, but I am ready to get back on the track for some races. My roomate Goose and I have been pretty good doing our sprints and gym work. He is gettin way fast and pretty soon I will have to start telling him the wrong training stuff... ha ha ha Just kiding Goose. Sprint sessions have started getting better and it is really cool being that I have the G-Cog where I can measure my data to see if my training is really working. For those of you that don't know the G-Cog is a power meter that measures everything you can think of.. ha ha power, torque, 0-20mph times, reaction time, etc... the list goes on and on... they are made by Rennen (the samecompany that makes the best gear out there) and George is one of the coolest guys you will meet out there. Plus he is probably one of the smartest you will meet. Next race on the schedule is Oldsmar FLA. I just got my tix for PHX ABA as well. Can't wait to start racing again... See you clowns at the races and hopefully I can get some good interviews for ya...
