Well, being that I am from Chicago and I basically learned how to race at this legendary track I almost have to go every year. Good thing is I got to see my pops for Fathers day and it is always good to see all my old friends from home. Kris Lundgren picked me up from the airport and was basically my personal taxi for the weekend. Its good to have real friends when it comes to things like that.
Rockford track is always smooth as glass. Jake it basically a scientist when it comes to the track. He has the dirt secially made with different %'s of each.
About 200 motos and everything went off well. KB, Stumpy were on fire. Stoked that Polkamp was going fast with his new Diamonback ride. Sam Willohby (SP?) was killin it and won on Sunday in AA. Josh Myers was looking fast as usual, but had some bad luck both days. Fallen and Purse are dominating vet right now. I ended up taking 3rd on Sat and 6th on Sunday. Not as well as I had hoped, but I will take what I can get with the way my first straights were going down, ha ha
Goose was killin it and won open on Saturday. His mom got a newdog as well that I think looks like an ewok from Star Wars.
Decided to call my dog, Beamer. He is a stone cold stunner and is growing by the day.
Next stop is SouthPark this weekend. Still need to find a ride out there. hint hint...
