Finally some time off to get some training in. The last races for me for the year will be ABA Disney Cup, ABA Grand Nationals, and NBL Crristmas Classic in Louisville, KY. Time for me to hire a trainer pretty soon. The class is getting so fast it is getting pretty wild just to be in the mix sometimes. Time to DO WORK! ha ha ha

Rich-GO211	Posted on: Sep 23, 2009 03:55 PM You better get some circuit drills going bro. 145lbs x 20 reps straight into some paratroopers x 20 reps and finish it off with some weighted jump lunges. 5 sets of those bad boys 3 days a week and you'll be killing the first straight in no time. And fyi, I'll sponsor ya. What's your going rate, Pizza and a Jack on the rocks per race?
