Danny Caluag is just plain amazing. With just one year under his belt in the AA Pro ranks before 2007, Danny came out like gang busters from the first race of the 2007 points season. Danny Went into the Christmas Classic in 2006 with a new sponsor, Intense BMX and came out of the gate flying to a huge win in AA Pro and Pro Open on Day 1. Next race was ABA Reno in Jan 2007 and it got better fro Danny with 2 wins in AA Pro and 1 in Pro Cruiser. Danny kept the great results going until an unfortunate accident left him with a broken leg and the looks of a lost season.

This is where the story gets good. Danny comes back and right away is right back in the AA main mix and pretty soon is once again atop the AA and Pro Cruiser Podium. Danny made the main event at the UCI worlds in both Elite and Pro Cruiser, letting the world Know he was back and ready. Danny fought tooth and nail for the rest of the season and when the dust settled at the ABA Grands, he made history. Danny is the first Pro in BMX history to win both the ABA #1 AA Pro and Pro Cruiser title in the same season.

Now its 2008 and Danny is off to another great start, after winning AA Pro both days in Reno and he is looking to keep the great racing going
