Sorry for the lack of updates. I have been in Manchester preparing for the Worlds. Things have been good and I am looking forward to racing. China is somewhere I wouldn't usually go so I am looking forward to experiencing a whole new culture etc. There is alot riding on this race for alot of countries including mine but I am really excited to see how things pan out!
