NO4 signed to Top of The World Entertainment South in 05 and started on their first CD project.But along came hurricane Katrina and stopped everything.The label lost all of the studio equipment,the tracks and everybody was displaced.But faith brought NO4 And CEO Wilbert C Wrines Back Together in New Orleans.They free lanced from different other studio's until the project was finished.And this is why NO4 gave the cd tilted ITs Bout Time.
