Hi, I'm Torah Bright and I'm a professional female snowboarder. I chase winter between the two hemispheres. While in the north, I hang in Salt Lake City, UT. The other half of her year is spent in the south, training and competing in New Zealand and Australia. I learned to ski at the age of two and by eleven I emerged onto the competitive snowboarding scene. As for family, I'm the fourth of five children, all of whom enjoy the snow. My older sister Rowena was a ski racer who competed in the 2002 Winter Olympics and my brother Ben is a pro snowboarder, and also my coach who travels with me everywhere. My younger sister Abby has also ridden professionally. Some of my achievements to date, include, 2007 TTR Women's World Tour champion, gold at the 2007 Winter X Games, and the overall winner of the 2007 and 2008 Burton Global Open Series. In 2007 I also starred in Roxy's first-ever all-women's ski and snow team film "Labor of Love and was also a character in the Microsoft X-Box Game "Amped 2." I look forward to sharing my journey with you through video, photos and regular updates. Keep in touch and keep shredding!
