Baco-a-go-go 2008 went exceptionally smooth and it wouldn’t have been possible without everyone that helped us here at Mesh Skatepark.  There was a lot of speculation about weather Mesh would be throwing its annual Baco bash or not. But, despite rumors we set out to have a good time and bring the good time to anyone and everyone who attended.  Although there were a lot of Halloween themed contests this year nobody came close to touching the festivities of Baco.  Every year Baco becomes better and better. This year we were able to put on a super smooth armature and professional contest on out bike side and skate side of the park and only had one minor injury.  Spectators were able to donate money to Mike Aitken, who as we all know is an amazing rider and amazing guy, and snag some crazy deals from vendors in the parking lot. Along with deals some of the sponsors took the time to come showcase all of their newest products and answer questions about upcoming news and events pertaining to their companies. Baco-a-go-go is about having a good time and being with good people and I would say that this years Baco surpassed most expectations that people had for the contest.  I would definitely like to thank all of the people that took the time to come from the far corners of the United States to ride in the event but more importantly like to thank all of our sponsors.  The contest would not be the same without the amazing products and prizes that we had to give out.  Thanks for everything you did to contribute or help Mesh Skatepark throw an awesome contest this year weather it was donating money or prizes for ad space, vending, actually helping keep the event in line, or just relaxing and having a drink.  It was greatly appreciated.
