I often get asked what goes on before a big contest or demo behind the scenes. The answer is that you'd probably never guess. One of the biggest, most physically demanding tours I've ever done was the first Boom Boom Huck Jam. There was a 'half time' during which all the athletes would come back to the dressing room and drink... Hot tea with lots of honey, of all things.
