i don't use elevator now even if i have to climb to 17F from B1, which means 18 floors everyday, twice at least. but it is happy and i feel i am cutting down weight to get bakc into shape again.
unfortunely, i can't resist the nice snacks, incl hot pot.
i saw a hot pot restaurant promoting hot and spicy one, a new product, and really wanna try it. also, there are nuts, preserved fruit etc. and fruit i like so much, what should i do?
eat after exercise?
