started my yoga life yesterday. just walked by the gym, and watched so many people there playing yoga, since i am trying to get back into shape and yoga is a good way, i started it too.
i tried some simple ones, and found it was good. some people say yoga is not good for health and some say it is a nice way, but i myself found it was good for me, really refreshed after that and body got relaxed.
will do it and to see what will happen!
