remember i started not to use elevator, one week has passsed, and it helped me to cut down by 0.5kg.
in the past, i never did that for i thought it was too high, and there were so many steps to climb up, it was a impossible "mission", but when i started, it was not that hard. so i keep it and actually, when you start, you can make it and you will find a way to make it.
yoga life is also interesting, it builds my shape, and make me feel refreshed, quite good. 30-min a day helps me a lot
