walking is really good. it doesn't mean you will go somewhere, but it helps me to relax. went out for a 1-hour walking yesterday, and feel good after that. i always take some time to walk for a while, and some of my friends say, why not to rest at home, for i have only 1.5 day weeken, and Mon-Fri is quite busy for me, they sympathize me and think it is good for me to stay at hoem and have some good sleep. i myself is an active person, so i prefer to do something, rather than lying in bed.
