Back on track and starting out the '09 season here in Guthrie, Ok. I always like this race because its a good excuse to come spend time with my pal Staci (who I dont get to see enough since she decided to stop racing and be a grown up).

I decided to take a rain check on Reno seeing that I was just coming off my first break from training in two years and Mike and I were trying to get settled into our new pad in Tennessee. I watched all the action on GO211 and it was fun to see some fresh faces in the girl pro ranks and some old school blasting in the corners.

The biggest news of the week is my change of colors to GT. I am pretty stoked to be representing them for the '09 season, I had a great two years with Formula and wish them all the best in the future, for me it was just time to move on. Being with the GT crew kind of feels like a Staats reunion with Spencer, Mikey and JB.com so its a pretty familiar environment and I am honored to be apart of team.

Mike got his much deserved car this week that we saved up for during his deployment, its a Mini Cooper S...quite the little ripper.

Since Staci made her famous lasagna tonight as per my request, its time to cut this off. I'll post a race update early next week.
