We went on a little African safari today at a game reserve, it was only about a 45min drive from PMB and looked exactly like the model set for The Lion King. Right as we got there the clouds kicked in and wind started blowing, freezing cold (hard to think of Africa as cold but its pretty far south down here and still winter). We all hopped in a jeep that had a max cruising speed of 8mph through endless pride lands. Our safari gave us the dl on various kinds of wild animal poop and we got almost close enough to touch wilda beasts, zebras, rhinos, impalas, wart hogs, hippos and a load of ostriches-- just hangin out in their wild habitat--no fences or cages. Definitely a whole lot cooler than an american zoo.  

Tomorrow its time to get to business and ride, the internet here is either slow or non-existent and I am fighting beast for bandwidth at our chefs house...
