Broke my hand in the first five minutes of practice on Thursday, so my weekend was done quickly. We only had 17 girls on the start list and Sammy had a really bad crash in practice as well (spent the night in the ER with a concussion) so knowing that I decided to at least roll out in TT to qualify top 16 for points in the semi. Pretty hard to roll a SX track anyway especially when you cant really hold on to the handelbar, on the verge of a hand slip off at any moment, but I managed with some tape and rolled out today in the semis as well. Very exciting.

Good action as always in the mens field. All the US boys made it to quarters but after that the rounds were stacked and it started eating them up. dR and Long made the final and finished 2nd and 6th respectively. Sam"still on worlds psyche"  Willoughby took the W.

Sarah Walker won the womens race, with 'i'm not too old" Gabby Diaz in the deuce and team France 3 and 4. Beasty with a 7. She says everyone already knows anyway so I shouldn't even bother posting.

Typing with 1 hand and 1 pecker cast so i'm out. Pics to follow later.
