Tony Hoffman yah i was up in colorado springs at the Carmichael headquarters. My coach lives there so i stayed with him Tue 01:00am
Tony Hoffman it was a LT and V02. Did 400watts @ v02 of 55.6 which was done at 6,500 feet and at the end of specialization training. So they believe my real number would be more around 63 if done at sea level or higher. LT was 225 watts @163BPM. which is low but i don't do alot of power at threshold training Fri 01:00am
