I walked away from the vert comp in Dubai with third place behind Simon Tabron and Steve McCann.  The contet was run "elemination style" which means you have to advance through several rounds to get into the final.  This adds up to alot of riding and you have to throw out your big tricks multiple times.  This is alot more tiring than a normal, two run, format.  Koji Kraft also made it into the four man final and it was him I had to battle for third.  He pulled a double tailwhip to x-up but both his run were really short.  The judges must of liked my longer runs and all the 540's and back to back variations I threw in.

I will be posting some photos from Dubai later today.  It is a fun place to visit and when not riding we had tons fun.  We went indoor skiing/snowboarding and I even road a camel!
