The weather has been great here in Denver and it seems like winter is finally over. When it gets warm everyone moves outside to ride. We have tons of free concrete skateparks in Colorado and many are amazing to ride. However, I want to encourage everyone to support their indoor skatepark if they have one. It sucks to pay to ride and the indoor park can get boring after riding it all winter but don't forget how great these parks are during the winter or when the weather is bad.
Last night was a bike session at our local indoor park. I go to this park to ride vert. There were only two riders for the session, myself and my friend Rick Mayer. I guess we are the diehards (most vert riders are) but it sucks to see nobody at a session when the park is struggling to survive. Support your indoor parks so they can stay in business!
