Last weekend I rode in my first contest of the year.  The comp was held at the Kings Island Amusement park in Cincinnati, Ohio.  I got fourth place which is a good way to start off the contest season.  Simon Tabron ended up in first pulling both a can-can x-up 540 and a 900.  Second was Chad Kagy and third was Jimmy Walker. 

I was a little skeptical about a contest at a theme park but the crowd was great and it turned out to be a good time.  As a bonus, $3000 was raised for BMXer Mike Vincent's eye surgery.  Check out the photos below.
