I just got back from the X-games in LA.  I usually fly to contests but this time I drove out there with a friend which was nice, but tiring.  We did some rock climbing on way out and the way back.  It was a mini vacation in a way.

I got eighth place in the games which I think is good for not having been one of the ten originally chosen to compete.  (I was an alternate till someoine got hurt).  I hurt my ankle, minor sprain, on a turndown 540 gone wrong but it is feeling better and I should be good to go by the Portland Dew contest.

Bestwick won the gold and put on one of the best shows ever!
