My back is better every day, I'm just so happy that I'm not paralyzed and eventually I'll be close to 100 percent again. was hiking about 5 miles a day for a while but a few days ago I was cruising around and ran into this massive bear! luckily he didn't eat me, but thats the end of my solo hikes for a while. what else is new with you? its been a while Tue 03:58pm

steve fisher just been keeping it mellow this spring. Just went under contract on a place (2nd) in Denver. Super pumped on that. Not a whole lot else... Rose Raevsky I can walk up to 5 miles a day and ride a recumbent stationary bike! Still no bending, lifting, or twisting allowed...but I can move! And I don't need the brace anymore but its safer for me to wear it. Fri 04:08pm
