Tim Dinger Yea, I have been training on my own for years. Its just nice to have someone to train with. He is heading to Woodward this summer so I will be back training solo. Yea, I am off Formula and currently looking for a new sponsor for the rest of this year. I haven't seen the one-hander yet? But I do have the stickers it was on from the PHX race. Tim Dinger Yea I was running 1.5 velocity rims for the past 2 or so years with my Industry Nine wheels. they held up fine, plus I am kinda light on them. If I had wheels to give out, I would hook up a bunch of people, sorry player... Mon 11:27am

Tim Dinger Ahh.. the Barn.... I remember banging bows there.... My training has a lot involved, but I would think at your age you should focus on doing sprints and plyometrics. If you are able to hit up the gym stick to squats and stiff legged dead lifts with easy weight right now. your joints are still growing. The key to any training is being consistent. As long as you stick to your plan aand dont get lazy, you will get better I promise. Gotta DO WORK Tue 10:12am
