The view looking out towards the scaffolding is definitely not what you expect. Clear water, sunshine, sure, but flat waves? Competitors and contest directors alike have been claiming the past few days to be the smallest they've ever seen it. Without any surf competitors have been entertaining themselves by stand-up-paddleboarding, swimming, and plenty of snorkeling.

There aren't any hotels at the end of the road, so everyone stays in family houses. The family moves out for the week and fills the house with mattresses, making for one big slumber party.  

Another way to pass the time without surf, fishing. Unfortunately we didn't catch a thing.

After a few songs, Occy couldn't resist the pull of the microphone and got up on sage to belt out a few tunes to the delight of the crowd. 

For the last song, nearly the whole WCT was up on stage singing and dancing.
