If you read my previous blog, you noticed photos from a bunch of silly girls eating carne asada, drinking coldies, strumming guitars, and chilling by a fire. I mentioned something about that being the end of the day. We had started the morning at Oceanside North Jetty with selection of surfboards designed by Professional Surfer Julie Cox. There were fishes and longboards spread out on the beach, ready to play.
I love riding different boards, and was determined to try each one. I didn't get through all of them, but tried most. Surprisingly, my favorite was the thick heavy noserider. Maybe that had something to do with the fact that the waves were a mushy 1ft.
