I am so grateful for all the opportunities I have had to travel the world. The past 8 years have been amazing, full of interesting people and beautiful places. Between trips I go home and tell my sisters about it, who are of course, incredibly envious. I taught them all to surf, but none of them had quite enough natural talent or focused ambition to be able to go down the path I laid out for them. I have four younger sisters and the second to youngest, Helina, is now 18 and looks like a supermodel! She is gorgeous. Over the past few years we have been talking about getting her into modeling. I thought about pimping her out to Roxy so that she would be able to travel and have some of the same types of experiences that i've had. The timing was just never right and the perfect opportunity hadn't come up. Until about a week ago....

I was eating lunch at a local pizza place, sitting in the outside patio and an old friend walked by. He is a photographer that I worked with a few times way back when I was 18. He had been Malia Jones' manager but I hadn't seen him in nearly 10 years! He told me about a shoot he was organizing for a local magazine called Beach and invited me to participate. I figured it was the perfect opportunity to bring my sister along. As soon as he met her, he knew she would be perfect.
We had a great time getting all made up, our hair done, and then posing for the camera. It was a great sisterly bonding experience and I felt proud to be able to pass the torch on to her. She's way hotter than me and will probably be all over magazine covers. Watch for her soon!
