Came home from Australia empty handed but managed to bring the swine flue with me. Have been feeling bad all week, Wednesday being the worst. I can't remember EVER feeling this bad. Once my temperature went up to 104.+ we went straight to the hospital but the lady we talked to wasn't of much help. Two days later we find out I have swine flu, greeeaat. Apparently Adelaide has been the world swine flu champs the last three weeks, logging over 1,200 cases, more then anywhere else in the world. Luckily, this string isn't deadly and will just take its course as a normal flu would. Was a bit bummed with the NBL National being at my local track this week, until today I wasn't going to race. I haven't done any NBL this year and even before I was sick didn't want to race but after being out there today watching practice I can't sit and watch. Going to build my bike up in the morning before practice and hopefully be able to race.
