Hello everybody, I'm John (aka the Mad Hatter). I used to race back in the old NPSA days in Boystown, FL. I got back into racing 6 years ago and currently race 40-44 cruiser and 41 and over expert in NBL and Florida state series. Currently, I am sponsored by Profile Racing.

It's been great. I've met lots of new friends and come to find out some of the old guys I used to race in NPSA are racing today along with their kids. That's why I love BMX, it brings the old riders back with their families.

My home track is High Springs BMX. The volunteers that run it and work on the track are great. More power to them! It's cool being a BMX vetern and have the kids come up and ask for help and racing tips. It's what I used to do as a kid so it's neat to be on the other side giving advice. I like being able to give back to a new generation of racers.
