Freeskier held an all girls photoshoot in Mt. Hood last week, for the women's issue.  We rented a huge house in Government Camp and all piled in. It was so much fun to have such a large group of girls to ski with.  It doesn't happen often, and we had a blast! Dance parties, huge feasts, and lots of skiing.  I couldn't believe that Windell's still had so much snow!  They took great care of the park and the big jump was still in great shape.  I hadn't skied since May, so the 75ft jump was a little intimidating the first couple times I hit it.  It all worked out and each one of us got a great shot for the issue.  

While we were in Mt. Hood we started a blog website poking fun at the boys at thehoodhouse.com.  They spent the whole summer in Hood and kept a running online journal.  So we decided to copy and make our own. We couldn't do it unless it was going to be bigger and better, or at least funnier!  Good times were had by all!  We even had a going away party at the end of the week.  Thanks to all the girls that made the trip so much fun!  Sarah Burke, Kaya Turski, Grete Eliassen, Keri Herman, Dania Assaly, Angelie VanLaanen, Nicole Birkhold and lil Carrey.
