It took me Two days to get to Europe for the WQS events in france. Stupid LAX airport computers went down and I was delayed for hours. Missed my connection in paris to bordeaux. Had to stay the night. Next day made it to Lacanau first afternoon carrying my board bag at the hotel I sprained my ankle..... trippped on a stair. are you kidding me! so Pissed. Next day I went back to the airport. air france said I couldnt change my ticket. even though my ankle was swollen like a football. Had to pay $400. bucks just to get to paris. then they said it would cost $3,700 Euros to get back to LAX are you kidding..... No Way Im paying that. but wait I have to get home my ankle is killing me. I went to American airlines Ticketing. they said the same. WHAT! I ended up using my miles 100,000 miles to get to LAX. 16 more hours connecting through dallas. At this point..... Get me home already. So Im home now. doc said its a bad sprain out of the water for a few weeks atleast. SHOCKER..... 5 Days of hell travel ........ |
