My name is Brodie Merrill, I’m a professional lacrosse player with the Portland Lumberjax of the NLL and the Rochester Rattlers of the MLL and a member of the Canadian National Lacrosse team. I’m also a founding member of The Hill Academy, a private high school for dedicated student athletes. I serve as the head lacrosse coach and assistant athletic director. I was born in Montreal, Quebec and grew up in Orangeville, Ontario. I played lacrosse at the collegiate level at Georgetown University and graduated in 2005. When I’m not traveling around North America playing, I enjoy watching movies, reading, and hanging out with friends and family. I have been involved in athletics for my entire life and have a genuine passion for sports, lacrosse in particular. I’m extremely thankful to the game for providing me with so many opportunities. I look forward to continuing to play and contribute to the game for as long as I can.
