As you all know, Obama was elected the PRESIDENT OF THE US!  This marks yet another day in history for my generation and personal lifetime.  I never would have thought that I'd see the first black president elected to office!  I am so overwhelmed with pride for the US now, knowing that racism, bigotry, and anti-semitism are something of the past.  Well, obviously those things still exist, but it's an amazing new world in that they are moving out!  I am very interested to see how well he preforms while in office this first term.  I really think his ideas and values are great.... Though he does have a HUGE mess left for him by the Bush administration.  So hopefully things will get better for us in the years to come!  I SO EXCITE!
