Hey everybody. So the final Dew Tour at Northstar just ended a couple of days ago. And it ended up being a GREAT weekend for me! I started out deathly ill. I became sick in Vancouver the week before with flu like symptoms. Then I started feeling a little better by the time I made my way out to Tahoe for the Dew Tour. However after the first day, things went south pretty quick. My symptoms came back and felt like complete crap just a few days out from the contest. So i only rode as much as i had to. I only took a few practice runs before the qualifier on Saturday. But apparently that was all I needed because I won the qualifier on my first run with a score of 95.5! So i was extremely happy with that, being so sick and all. Then the weather was just absolute crap on Sunday, for the final. But that ended up going okay too. I ended up in 2nd after falling on my first run. Now, I'm back at home just nursing the sickness big time. Hopefully i'll be back out there in a couple of days!
