So here's a picture of our new little guy, Noah Daniel at two days old.  So far he pretty much likes to sleep.... not even too much into eating yet.  So it hasn't been too bad making the adjustment so far.  William has been acting out a bit....not against Noah though.  For some reason he likes to get a little rough with Julia when Carrie and I aren't looking.  Yesterday he had her in a headlock ready to take her down and the day before he threw a blanket over her body and got on her back and was pretending she was a horse. 

As for me, just getting back into training...I just have the ABA Grands left for the season.  So lets see.....that's about 6 weeks of gym and sprints.   Should be fun.  RS
