Thursday was a great day as Carrie and I headed to the coast. I am not one for driving over there just for the day and driving home, but it actually was a really nice time. We started our day at Mimi's for breakfast, then drove over to Pismo to check out the beach and ocean. The coast always will always be a special place for Carrie and I because that is where we spent our honeymoon, so we always really like going over there. Then we went over to Sycamore Springs and then took a walk down the Bob Jones trail and finished off the day at the Apple Farm for dinner where we had a waiter who was enjoying his job way too much. He gave us some good laughs though. A great day I will always remember.
