Another great weekend of racing in Rockford, IL.  Let me just say that Rockford has a great crew of people that keep the track in top shape.  It poured on Friday....twice and on Saturday you couldn't even tell it had rained a drop.  Simply amazing.

Congratulations to Rob for taking his first ABA win on Saturday in 36-40 expert.  I got cheated...I think the winner was supposed to buy dinner....no?

I got 4th both days.  Was hoping for better but on Saturday I was in second in the main when DR (who I gave a back tire to after he blew it out) pulled a nice move on me in turn two.  Sunday I was fighting down the first straight with Sam Willoughby and David Herman when I plowed the hay bale in turn one.  The good thing was it was not a real hay bale or I would have done a face plant into turn one.  The bad news is since it was a "foam" bale I knocked it onto the track and caused another wreck.  Sorry to Mikey and DR.  Can I have my tire back now Donny?

Also props to Pete D. for making the main both days in 36-40 expert.  I think he is on his way to giving Rob a run for his money.
