Hey Tara!! Great to hear your progressing, I finally after 16 months was back on the BMX track in an actual race!!! granted it was the Race for Life at our track and I didnt make my main, but I made some able bodied dude push a little harder to make it in, they didnt think I would be quite so close behind them! For a guy who was never supposed to walk again I am suprising alot of people.. so girl you hang in there, stay with the therapy and work your ass off, I will see you at grands in '09!!

I guarantee that anyone following your story cares nothing about the skinnyness of your legs because it's hard to not drop a tear to see you vertical and making progress. Baby fawns grow into some pretty impressive animals. Each step matters. You really are an amazing athlete and the sustained determination is fantastic. God bless.
