| Giant for Women Weekend | I flew straight from Denver to Reno because we had a Giant for Women meeting up in Tahoe for the past day and a half. It is so beautiful up here and has been pretty relaxing.
Myself and the Women's Council have been in meetings the past couple mornings, but then in the afternoon that's when we get to relax and have fun. Rich O'Neill is up here with the trailer full of bikes and while all of the women got to go rip up the trails Rich took me kayaking on Lake Tahoe and it was sick!! It was just awesome that I got to go out and do something active. I have to say that when all the other girls were getting kitted up and getting ready to ride the 09' bikes I was getting so pissed off. Not at them, but the situation you know. I mean Tahoe has some great riding and it's the first time we've met since I've been hurt and had a chance to ride together and I couldn't go. It makes me sick to my stomach and I don't like it at all. Thanks to Rich he cheered my day up and it meant a lot.
So we're done with meetings and talking about the 2009 line-up, which by the way is SICK!! Seriously the bikes, the colors, just everything look freakin' amazing. I can't wait to ride them! I was supposed to fly home tomorrow, but since we're done with meetings I'm going to fly home tonight and happy about that. I've missed therapy for like 2 weeks and I want to get back there sooo bad! I need to start working so that I'm in super great shape before the surgery since I'll be laid up for a couple weeks.
Anyway, so I guess that's about it. Oh except I want to say thanks to all of you that have already ordered TL Road to Recovery Hoodies. They are selling and I'm stoked!! So thank you everyone. Also, just a heads up on sizes. The best I can describe them is that I could wear a small, but I like them a little baggier so I wear a medium.
