Thought I've ridden very gently here and there over the past 3 weeks, I realized I just wasn't getting any better at all. With that said, I decided to just take a full week off from doing anything physical in the hopes my body would recover. A week with no riding, no gym, no jogging leaves me a lot of time. Some stuff around the house i've put off for awhile got done, like fixing the dryer and organizing the massive amounts of bike parts in my garage.
I also put all my records and cassettes in alphabetical order- that alone took quite a few hours....
